I used their services from 29 May 2008 - 11 June 2008. I found Dong (ictravel@fpt.vn ) to be extremely helpful and accommodating of any request. I don't have a reference for comparison (as they are the only tour I've booked in Asia), but I believe that the $2800 +/- that the trip cost was a very good value given the flights and hotels included.

I was on a solo tour and always had my own guide and private car. In addition, on the three boat trips included in my tour, I had a private boat for each - this may not always be the case, but it was nice on my trip.

On my tour, I visited Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. I'm a marketing professor and I was checking to see if such a trip would be feasible for a study tour for 16 university students in two years or so. Given my experience, if I do offer the study tour, I would use Dong's services again to help me organize it. I really like and trust Dong.
